History
The Gateway executive team has been managing and servicing auto originated loans for more than 30 years.
Previous to Gateway, the team ran Onyx Acceptance Corporation for 11 years as a top 10 lender across a multitude of states.
In 2005, Onyx was purchased by Capital One. In May 2007, Gateway was formed with the sole focus of originating indirect auto
assets that exceed market expectations. In the past 3 years, Gateway has originated over $500 million in auto assets.
Today, Gateway is a privately held company and one of the fastest growing auto finance companies in the US.
